The Frost 713 Counter Mounted Foam Soap Dispenser is a durable, cost-effective solution for commercial washrooms that require modern counter integration. Designed with a bulk-fill reservoir, this dispenser allows facilities to save on operating costs by purchasing foam soap in bulk rather than being locked into proprietary cartridge systems.

With a robust ABS bottle and type 304 stainless steel spout and housing, the 713 provides long-lasting durability and a professional appearance. It dispenses approximately 5–7 ml of foamed soap using just 1 ml of commercial foam solution per push, making it both efficient and economical.

Top-loading access ensures convenient refilling, while concealed mounting hardware maintains a clean, streamlined look. Ideal for high-traffic washrooms in schools, offices, restaurants, and public buildings, the 713 combines functionality with contemporary style.
