The Frost 170 Universal Jumbo Double Toilet Tissue Dispenser is a high-capacity unit designed for the busiest commercial washrooms. Built with a durable 18-gauge steel front door, this dispenser combines strength, ease of use, and cost efficiency for schools, malls, restaurants, offices, and other high-traffic facilities.

The 170 accepts two jumbo rolls up to 9" in diameter, providing extended capacity for heavy-use environments. A spring-loaded access tray allows only one roll to be dispensed at a time, reducing waste and ensuring orderly use. Its universal, non-proprietary design works with all major commercial tissue suppliers, helping facilities save money by avoiding restrictive paper contracts.

Front-loading with a keyed tumbler lock, the 170 offers both secure installation and easy servicing, making it a reliable choice for property managers and facility operators.
