The Frost 103-1 Universal Towel Dispenser with Lock is a stainless steel, non-proprietary dispenser designed for heavy use in commercial and institutional facilities. Built from type 430 stainless steel with a brushed finish, it offers durability and a clean, professional appearance for modern washrooms.

This dispenser accepts all standard single-fold and roll towels, helping property managers avoid proprietary paper contracts and reduce costs. A keyed tumbler lock provides added security against pilferage and vandalism, while the front-loading design and full-length stainless steel piano hinge allow for ergonomic servicing and easy maintenance.

Engineered for straightforward manual operation, the 103-1 is ideal for schools, restaurants, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and other high-traffic public spaces.
