The Frost 716-BLK Counter Mounted Automatic Liquid Soap/Sanitizer Dispenser combines hands-free functionality with a modern matte black finish, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial washrooms that demand both hygiene and style. Designed with a 1.5 litre (50.7 US oz.) bulk-fill reservoir, this dispenser helps facilities reduce supply costs by using standard liquid soaps or sanitizers instead of proprietary cartridges.

An infrared sensor activates dispensing when a hand is placed within 7.6–10 cm (3–4"), delivering a consistent 1 ml dose. The unit operates quietly on 4 AA batteries (not included) or continuously with the included AC adaptor, making it suitable for heavy-use environments. A locking system with concealed mounting ensures security, while LED indicators alert staff to low battery and soap levels for simplified maintenance.

With its electrocoated matte black stainless steel housing, the 716-BLK adds a contemporary architectural finish that complements premium washroom designs in offices, hotels, restaurants, and public facilities.
