The Frost 109-60P Mechanical Hands-Free Universal Paper Towel Dispenser is designed for facilities that require hygienic, touch-free operation at an economical price point. Built with a vandal-resistant transparent polycarbonate cover, this dispenser provides durability, visibility of towel supply, and smooth, reliable dispensing.

The unit accepts jumbo roll towels up to 8" diameter by 8" wide with a 1 ½" core or larger, ensuring compatibility with standard commercial paper producers and avoiding proprietary paper contracts. Each pull delivers a pre-measured 11" towel length, leaving a 3.5" stub ready for the next use. If needed, the side knob allows manual advancement of the roll.
